Policy Terms

We provide a refund policy which is effective PRIOR to the submission of your travel document application. By making a purchase of services on this website, you agree and accept to be bound by the terms of this policy, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policy or term posted on the website.

Refunds PRIOR to submission must be requested by emailing support@entry.com. The subject line must read: “Travel Visa Refund Request”. Your refund request MUST include:

  • Full name of applicant
  • Invoice # or Order ID
  • Last four digits of credit card used
  • Date services were purchased
  • Reason for requesting refund

Non-Refundable Fees

Government fees (such as filing or biometric fees) and payments to third parties (such as medical examiners, translators, etc.) are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.


Credit Card Chargebacks Notice

By obtaining our services, you agreed to our terms and refund policy. Utilizing a chargeback to obtain a refund outside of these conditions is a violation. Chargeback fraud is a crime and may result in bans or legal action.


Assurance

If you are unsure whether your application was properly submitted, please contact us immediately at support@entry.com. If properly submitted, you will receive your refund in 1–7 business days after approval.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues caused by prior to arrival in the USA. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Embassy/consular appointments remain outside our control.


Not Covered Under the Guarantee

We cannot guarantee results of government filings. Applications rejected for reasons beyond our control, backlogs, pandemics, or misrepresentation void this guarantee.

Fee Details

All travel document applicants must pay a visa fee to the US Government’s issuing body. The amount and timing depend on the type of document.
